Terms & Conditions:

1. Program Overview: Hindsight Finance Client Referral Program is designed to reward existing clients ("Referrers") of Hindsight Finance Pty Ltd for referring potential new clients ("Leads") to Hindsight Finance, resulting in a settled loan transaction. Referrers can earn a referral fee of $100 for each successful referral that meets the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility: To participate in the Program, Referrers must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Be an existing client of Hindsight Finance.

• Must refer individuals who are not already in contact with Hindsight Finance and have not previously initiated a mortgage application.

3. Referral Process: Referrers can refer potential Leads by providing their contact information through the official referral form provided by Hindsight Finance. Referrers should ensure that all the information provided is accurate and complete to facilitate proper communication and reward distribution. Referrers are responsible for obtaining consent from the Leads before submitting their information.

4. Reward Eligibility: Referrers will be eligible to receive a referral fee of $100 for each Lead referred by them that meets the following criteria:

• The Lead successfully completes a mortgage/finance application with Hindsight Finance.

• The mortgage/finance application is approved by the lender.

• The loan transaction is successfully settled and funded.

• The Lead is not already in contact with Hindsight Finance or part of any ongoing application process at the time of the referral.

5. Reward Distribution: Referral fees will be paid to Referrers once the loan settlement is confirmed. Payments will be made within 30 days of the loan settlement date. Referrers will be contact by phone once in order to organise referral payment. After this, it will be the referrers responsibility to chase up any out standing eligible referral payments. Referrers will receive payment through a method chosen by Hindsight Finance, such as electronic funds transfer or check. All taxes and fees associated with the referral fee are the responsibility of the Referrer.

6. Limitations:

• Referrers cannot refer themselves or any joint applicant they are associated with.

• Referrers cannot engage in any form of fraudulent or deceptive activity to gain referrals.

• Hindsight Finance reserves the right to determine the validity of any referral.

7. Program Changes and Termination: Hindsight Finance reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Referrers will be notified of any changes to the Program. Referrals made before the effective date of program changes will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of the referral.

8. Privacy and Consent: By participating in the Program, Referrers agree that Hindsight Finance may use the provided contact information for communication related to the referral and Program. Hindsight Finance will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. Legal Compliance: Referrers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in referring Leads to Hindsight Finance. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Program and potential legal action.

By participating in the Hindsight Finance Client Referral Program, Referrers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
